Alright everybody, I know I usually have some pick through out the year. Even last year I only had five. It is true however I hit all five. My pick this week in the Vikings again. Brett in Green Bay getting points. The Viks coming off a tough loss. Something most people won’t know is the Viks really played smash mouth in Pittsburgh and really could of won.

Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) residential foreclosures are available throughout the United States. The sales process for purchasing a HUD home is a little bit different than buying a home an individual or bank.

HUD homes are appraised, and then priced at fair market value for their location. The price of a home in need of repairs is adjusted downwards to reflect the investment the new owner must make to improve the home. All HUD homes are sold As-Is and no repairs will be made. They will have a home inspection already done and available to view before you make a bid. However, I would always recommend you have your own inspection done. If the home was built before 1978 make sure you know about lead base paint and other hazards such as asbestos.

Once you located a home you would like to see, any HUD-approved real estate office can show you the property. HUD employees do not work with home buyers–you must use an agent

AYSO710 U10 Boys Soccer tournament are round robin so everybody gets to play.

Last night game was played 5 on 5 due to a lack of players on my team. Started the year with 8, one moved, one sprained is ankle and the other one is sick. Short sided games are usually fun because there is a lot of area to cover. Late in the fourth quarter scored tied 1 to 1, we get a penalty kick. Both of my star players where there and ready to take the kick, but I have one player who has not scored yet. I figure he has a good kick, it just take him a while to line up the shot. Perfect shot! Top right hand corner of the goal. We win 2 to 1. His first goal on the year is a playoff game winner

My son continues to laugh at me when I use capital letter when answering email or Iming. He shakes his head in disgust when I actually use spell check to make sure everything is spelled right. You wouldn’t believe how far is mouth drops open when I actually use punctuation.

Could this is part on the problem in the world today, the older generation not adapting to the younger one. As a parent where I do monitor what my son is doing. I really do not think this is a fight worth having. Yes it is true my 14 year old son is the one who taught me how to use Myspace, Facebook and Iming. However, where my grammar may be border line lousy, I still believe in trying to get it right.

The wind was blowing the ball faster than the kids could get to chase it. Good thing we had the wind at our back in the second half because my team was out of gas. The best part of the game was my son finally got his second goal of the season. However, the game ended in a tie. I hate ties give me the win or loss but not a tie. One more game during the regular season and then we find out if we make the playoffs.
