As most of you are aware who read my blogs consistently know, I like to take a break from Reno/Sparks Real Estate and talk some NFL. The Minnesota Viking dismantled The Cowboys last week. Farve didn’t look like the old man everyone is trying to say he is. I like the Viking and the points this week. I like the Colt to beat the NEW YORK JETS in the AFC Conference Championships. Setting up a great Super Bowl and a lousy Pro Bowl.
As a Reno/Sparks real estate consultant I always welcome any comments or questions on the Reno/Sparks real estate or any of the articles I posted. You can email me directly at chance at ballard-company.com
Being a Dallas Cowboys fan you can imagine that I’m pretty happy with last week’s results. I’m really kind of torn this week as Brett Favre is going against the Cowboys. Who doesn’t want to see Brett get a Superbowl Ring so late in his career. Kurt Warner fans that’s who. I like the Arizona Cardinal plus the points this week going against the New Orleans Saints. This one could be fun to watch with a lot of points being scored.
As you know by now I like to take a break form Reno/Sparks real estate and talk a little NFL. Really proud of the Dallas Cowboys as they made the playoffs. Just hoping they can get past round 1 this time.
Now my playoff pick this week in the Green Bay Packer over the Arizona Cardinals. The Pack has a better defense and can compete with the Cards on offense.
Once again it is time to take a break from Reno/Sparks real estate and celebrate the New Year by talking football. Thanks to New York Giants for losing last week which put the Dallas Cowboys into the playoffs. I hate the last week of the year you never know who is going to actually play. I really like the Carolina Panthers to knock off the New Orleans Saints however I haven’t seen a line on that game so we will pick Da Bears giving up 3.5 points. I know I usually like the dog but Cutler need to finish this year strong before they boo him out of Chicago.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
I hope everyone has a special plans and member please don’t drink and drive.
Once again it is time to take a break from Reno/Sparks Real Estate and talk some football. I’m going out on the limb this week. I like the St. Louis Rams and the points. The Arizona Cardinals have clinched a playoff birth and are one of the most streaky teams I’ve ever seen. Plus the fact that the Cardinals usually play down to their opponents level, there is a small chance the Rams win this game outright.
Once again it time to take a break from Reno/Sparks Real Estate and turn to the NFL. This week I like the San Fransisco 49ers plus the pts. Philadelphia Eagles is coming off a big win last week against the Giants. I’m expecting for a let down game. With any luck(saying I’m a Dallas Cowboy Fan) the 49ers will win this game.
Take the Raiders plus 13.5 pts. The Cowboys have not scored 13 points in the last two weeks. I know this is the third week in a row that I went against my beloved Cowboys, but if it is working why stop now.
Once again, I hate to do it but I’m going against the Cowboys. The Cowboys losing last week makes this a tough pick. The Redskins had a big win over Denver last week and are starting to show some life. As most of you know, I love taking double digits in a big rivalry game. So take the Redskins and the points.
