Brett’s Big LeaguersThe Reno Aces launched Brett’s Big Leaguers in 2010, as an initiative to benefit the lives of local underprivileged and seriously ill children. The Aces have partnered with the Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation to select participants for the program. The Northern Nevada Children’s Cancer Foundation aims to enhance the quality of life for children with cancer and their families by providing financial assistance and compassionate support programs, while advocating for increased research funds and raising public awareness. Levy Restaurants, concessionaire for Aces Ballpark, will provide a complimentary meal for each child and his or her families during that day’s game. |

US Bank Student HeroesU.S. Bank is the exclusive sponsor of the Reno Aces Student Heroes Program. The center piece of the program consists of 5 school assemblies each spring, where U.S. Bank will donate more than 1,000 tickets to 5 elementary schools across Northern Nevada. U.S. Bank in partnership with the Aces will bring current players from the team for a Q&A session with the students, discussing education, hard work and the perseverance necessary to become a professional as well as a few minutes to meet the players. In addition, Archie, the beloved mascot of the Reno Aces, will be there to stress the importance of education. After the assemblies, all students in attendance will receive a Reno Aces ticket based on academic achievement, attendance and superior citizenship in the classroom as determined by their teachers.
