The PGA TOUR returns to Reno this summer, July 12^th – 18^th, 2010 at Montreux Golf and Country Club. It is because of our dedicated volunteers that we can give so much to children’s charities in our community. Any amount of time is greatly appreciated.

We are currently in need of volunteer Marshals. The Marshal duties include: quieting the gallery around tees and greens, controlling crossings and ball spotting. Positions will fill quickly, so register early.

All volunteers receive:

• Two season passes for you and a guest

• Parking pass

• 1 RTO embroidered golf shirt

• 1 RTO embroidered golf cap

• Meals for each shift worked

• Volunteers’ appreciation party

Being a Dallas Cowboys fan you can imagine that I’m pretty happy with last week’s  results.  I’m really kind of torn this week as Brett Favre is going against the Cowboys.  Who doesn’t want to see Brett get a Superbowl Ring so late in his career.  Kurt Warner fans that’s who.  I like the Arizona Cardinal plus the points this week going against the New Orleans Saints.   This one could be fun to watch with a lot of points being scored.

Once again it is  time to take a break from Reno/Sparks Real Estate and talk some football.  I’m going out on the limb this week.  I like the St. Louis Rams and the points.    The Arizona Cardinals have clinched a playoff birth and are one of the most streaky teams I’ve ever seen.  Plus the fact that the Cardinals usually play down to their opponents level, there is a small chance the Rams win this game outright.

Take the Raiders plus 13.5 pts.  The Cowboys have not scored 13 points in the last two weeks.  I know this is the third week in a row that I went against my beloved Cowboys, but if it is working why stop now.
